Rebecca R. Williams, ACAS, MAAA (she/her/hers)

Actuary
North Carolina Rate Bureau

Rebecca Williams is the Actuary for the North Carolina Rate Bureau and the North Carolina Reinsurance Facility. Her responsibilities include supervision and review of rate filings in Automobile, Residential Property, and Workers Compensation lines of business. Rebecca graduated from Drake University with a degree in Actuarial Science and a degree in Mathematics. Rebecca is an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. She currently chairs the RPM Planning Committee and volunteers with the CAS Finance Committee.
