Jessica Leong

Octogram

Jessica Leong is the CEO of Octagram, a consulting firm focused on pricing for P&C carriers and MGA's. Prior to founding Octagram, Leong was the head of data and analytics at Zurich North America (ZNA). There, her team built pricing, underwriting, claims and operational models across all of ZNA’s $16 billion of premium. She led her team to successfully reduce loss ratios, reduce expenses and grow premium. Leong’s leadership in data and analytics in the industry was recognized in 2020 when she was elected president of the Casualty Actuarial Society. Before joining Zurich North America, Leong was a senior vice president at Guy Carpenter, and she also consulted at Milliman in New York and Willis Towers Watson in London.
