Henry Cheng is an actuary working for the WA L&I. His responsibilities include independently designing, developing, training, building, testing, and deploying two predictive modeling systems and one claim assignment system. He has been actively volunteering for all ICAS CSPA exams and some CAS exams since 2019. In the past thirty years of statistical modeling experience, he supervised Ph.D. students in education, information systems, applied statistics, and fisheries modeling. He wrote over 50 papers and 100 technical reports in various fields, e.g., combinatorics, health, education, computing, applied statistics, marine, natural resource and insurance.
